SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please read carefully before placing an order. We currently only offer shipping within the United States. For further inquiries regarding your order, please contact info@wordcital.com.

Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Delivery days are estimates only and not guaranteed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference. You will receive an additional email with tracking information once the order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email or shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify or cancel your order. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Wordcital is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during and after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These costs may vary from country to country. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for inputting the correct address at checkout. Please note that once your order is processed, we will not be able to make any adjustments. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you via email. Taxes and shipping fees cannot be refunded. 

Lost Packages

Wordcital is not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. We are responsible for your package up until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier. We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages, or contact the mail carrier to submit a claim.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Wordcital is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you receive a damaged item, please contact info@wordcital.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the item in the condition you received it. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
